Bosele Laundry

Bosele Laundry Pty Ltd is a local black owned private company that was established and developed through the Glencore Enterprise Development program.

To obtain a footprint outside the mining environment Bosele Laundry is merged with Lilly’s Laundry, a depo that is located in central Rustenburg. The merger will only be a book entry and no payouts will take place. In return for the assets and goodwill (If any) of Lilly’s Laundry, the owner of Lilly’s Laundry will receive 20% shareholding in Bosele Laundry as full and final settlement. Lilly’s Laundry will become the “trading as” name in town, whilst Bosele Laundry will be the trading name at Kroondal Mine.

The general specification is as follows:



  • - Floor surface cleaning and maintenance (offices,boardroom,kitchen and change house)

  • - Dusting surfaces

  • - Waste disposal

  • - Cleaning of toilets

  • - Window cleaning

  • - Building surrounds

Products to be use:

  • - Hand soaps

  • - Cloths

  • - Brooms

  • - Mops

  • - Detergents and chemicals

  • - Cleaning equipment i.e. brooms, polishers, vacuumers, mops, buckets, etc.



  • - Receive and count incoming dirty laundry – daily

  • - Load and operate washing machines, spin dryers and tumble dryers – daily

  • - Pack away overalls – daily

  • - Report torn clothing to Glencore

  • - Soap powders

  • - Stain removers

  • - Liquid detergants

  • - Softners
